Overview
Sprint 31 was a short sprint with 12 work days and a few team members on leave for the Easter and Anzac day long weekend.
Sprint 31 achievements are listed as -
Regression testing completed for Hogwarts Release 1 deployment on 27/04 5pm
Faculty reporting for different schools/ faculties
Data cleansing - Bequest signatory [In Progress]
SITS enhancements
Recursive loop issue → Can process more than 50k records (previously would fail if over 1k records)
‘Graduand’ to 'Alumni' type update on Contact
Email integration - updates to the Alternative channel
SITS integration - updates fail if primary and secondary Contact is present on Account [In Progress]
Daylight savings time discrepancy between iModules and PayPal resolved
Data migration complete - Number of Children (i.e. Has Children)
Provide support and advise to 2 other ICT projects -
Single CRM
Online payments
Custom field for Parents/ Grandparents - ongoing discussion on definition of ‘Influential Alumni' and 'Notable Alumni’
Enhancements and increase uptake of ‘Knowledge - Published Articles’ which is accessible via Service Portal
Data cleansing - Data older than 20 years old will be deleted
Degree Major data - ready for data migration
Analysis on ‘Giving Summaries’ to accurately display correct data
Statistics at the end of Sprint
