Background

Sprint 16 achievement are listed as -

  • 3 base reports delivered to Alumni & Support Relations

    • Faculty report

    • Research report

    • Location report

  • In order to record any notes associated with an Opportunity or Account that relate to Due Diligence activity can be categorised with a new note type called 'Due Diligence' and additional sub-types 'Gift feasibility' and 'Acceptable source'.

  • Added 2 fields to the Contact object - Lost Alumni and Sydney Metro

  • New dashboards created for -

    • Prospect Development

    • Gift-in-Will

    • Senior Executives team

  • New report created for Business School Alumni.

  • Team focused on testing the new AQ Spring'21 release with plans to deploy into Jarvis shortly.

  • Business rules on the 'Closed - Won' stage of an Opportunity to define what is required to win an Opportunity.

  • Fixed some issues with PeopleSoft file processing

  • Changes to Campaign Counting to align to CASE reporting standards

  • Finalisation of the Pledge reminder reports
