Sprint 28 was the second sprint for the year.
Limited capacity on the Product Line due to staff leave (e.g. Gift Processing team focused on BAU)
SITS production issue took priority
New CSM - Sayuri onboarded

Replaced foreign comma with valid English comma reducing SITS errors
