Overview

Sprint 30 highlights -

  • Data migration from Advance (e.g. Dues) - [Complete]

  • Files stored in Advance which were corrupted are fixed by ICT [Complete]

  • Regression testing for Hogwarts almost complete and no major issues reported [In Progress]

  • Business testing of Swift Digital connector setup in BlueSky - [In progress]

 

Sprint 30 achievement are listed as -

  • Migration of Dues from Advance -

    • Money (not regarded as Gifts) for example, Membership, Tickets, Event fees,

    • Financial details stored in Description field

    • Foreign Currency migrated (less than 10 records)

    • Dues is available against the Account

  • Extract of Files stored in Advance stored in Advancement File share - All corrupted files are fixed by ICT.

  • O2G on hold due to Stakeholder availability, however further enhancement are made based on stakeholder requests

  • Donor strategy consultation planning/ workshops + Events sent

  • Progress on Accounts and Contacts relationship

  • Further progress on Naming definitions

  • SITS- Jarvis integration enhancements [In progress]

    • Recursive loop issues - Technical debt to fix an issue when there are more than 1000 records

    • ‘Graduand’ to ‘Alumni’ type update, enhancements to Contact type

    • Email integration enhancements

  • Regression testing for Hogwarts Phase 1 deployment [In progress]

  • Flexis Major data available and loaded in Jarvis. Analysis of data in progress with CG.

  • Review and clean-up of data -> 'Interests' and ‘Accolades’ (e.g. Queen’s birthday) and migrate data.

  • COA Data cleansing - 'Restricted to Donor' field not checked

  • Account clean-up - Accounts that are neither Alumni or Donor [In progress]

  • Email to Case enhancements - Closed cases are automatically ‘Re-opened’ if an email is received

  • Restriction on updating List views created by other users.

  • Swift - Jarvis integration testing in progress with the Business to better understand Swift ‘Profile 360’ capabilities.

  • Progress made on Account- Contact relationship with Stakeholder consultation.

    • User guide created on best practices on creating Relationships.

    • PD, GP, GA, CSM consulted

    • Currently parked to rectify ‘Picklist values’.
