Background

The project successfully went live and activated all TAP users on Jarvis on 21/01.

Sprint 11 objectives covered key areas for -

  • Integrations

  • Final data Conversion testing/ bugs

  • Gift Processing

Sprint 11 was limited to 8 business days due to Australia Day long weekend. Since the project went live on 21/01, the project team was scaled down by 2 developers (Ekta and Trevor). Additionally, the team were involved in Post-Production support to respond to enquiries and make a few break-fixes.

Despite the time above constraints, the team still closed out 91 tickets (Done + Cancelled).

Retrospective

There was no Retrospective in lieu of a Project PIR (Post Implementation Review) conducted on 05/02. The report will be made available at a later date.
