Overview

Sprint 27 was the first sprint for the year.

  • Limited capacity on the Product Line due to staff leave

  • Gift Processing team was focused on closing batches for last FY

  • Anshu left the team and the other DRS team was focused on the handover

  • New CSM - Sayuri onboarded

Sprint 27 achievement are listed as -

  • Log4j vulnerability

    • New version of Aperture DS installed to overcome Cyber Security risks

  • Migration from CrowdFunding pages from ScaleFunder to iModules complete

  • Service Desk launched for TAP within Jarvis

    • Log new requests (e.g. Data extracts) which creates a Case in Jarvis

    • Users can view Knowledge articles - Move away from Teams

    • Migrated existing Jira Service Portal open tickets to Service Desk

    • Chat function available

  • No SAM (Mail) → New handling flow - In Progress

    • Driven my McTAP and need to keep ASR in the loop

    • Only ‘Graduants’ with an international address will be excluded

    • Contact mailing country = Not Australia

    • Campaign Member captures the history

    • @Swathi Inapakolla - Update flow to activate/ deactivate (rather than Delete)

  • Install and testing of F-Secure to improve Cyber Security on Jarvis - In Progress

    • Scans include malicious URL, Emails, Attachments (Files)

    • Includes Activities, Chatter Post, etc.

    • User is notified if any harmful content is uploaded to Jarvis

  • Enhancements to the SITS- Jarvis integration

    • Replaced foreign comma with valid English comma reducing SITS errors

    • Address Line 4 is mapped to City in Jarvis

    • Fixed errors on False foreign address

  • Fixed duplicate accounts - approx. 4000 accounts

  • Enhancement to Data integrity

  • Contact - Special Category -

    • Does not apply to Donors to a specific area (Save Sight institute)

    • Applies for new campaigns from 2008

    • Alert will be created on the Contact

  • Census and KPI reviews

  • Data cleansing using Aperture DS in preparation for Census

  • Clean-up existing Dashboards for 2022.
