  • Affinaquest Spring release (18.4) updates -

    • Config updates completed

    • PeopleSoft file updated

  • Opportunity to Gift - Requirements complete

  • Gift Driver Process flow implemented - Used in Reporting at Gift level

  • Event Brief now available which includes participant information (e.g. Name, address, education, gifts, photo, etc.)

  • Jarvis training guides and new Teams site ‘Jarvis Knowledge Hub’

  • Email signature HTML template on the Jarvis emails

  • Alerts generated on the Account/ Contact when an email address is not available

  • Void transactions

  • Last Activity Report available on the Account

  • Receipts are emailed to Donors from Receipt email

Backlog refinement meetings seem to take a long time. Is there a way we can optimise these by ensuring tickets are easily read beforehand?
