  • Volunteer position - Standardised from to enable standardised Reports. New categories created -

    • Committee

    • Mentoring

  • Marketing automation - Analysis Swift Digital to Jarvis integration

    • Ingest data (e.g. Click rate, bounce, etc.) which will feed into Probability scoring

  • Notes and Comments for Household account - Account and Contact data clean-up and setup a process to maintain data integrity.

  • Activity report - cc

  • International Foundation dashboard created for Director for International Foundation.

  • Updates to Team based reports to look up ‘Manager’ rather than individual team members. (For example, Opportunity report updated with Team manager)

  • Bulk update Relationship management - Templates and instructions provided to Prospect Development

  • Grateful patient alert

    • Appears on the Account and Contact

    • Multi pick list for ‘Special category’ is auto-populated.

    • Alert is related to the relationship.

  • Ability to delete Capacity/ Ratings on the account.

  • Updates to Gift Processing reports based on AQ Spring release

  • Mass Portfolio assignment - 1824

  • Activity report - Standardise the format and layout, Expose Activity report to Contact record

Excellent Stata and Minitab training sessions by Con.

Data Mapping sessions went really well and all the background knowledge was valuable thanks to a smooth handover by Rachel

Our CSM (both Rachel and John) provided a clear Specification which helping on speedy of development

i wonder whether we should review what is done during stand up as well as what is in each persons queue to help ensure tickets are progressing during the sprint and remove any blockers

Dashboards needs to be standardised and align to W3C standards
