Discussion

Progress against plan

  1. Config planning - First round in a workshop environment,. AQ for support, 2 week sprints. Gift processing is highest priority
Which environment, each developer in their own dev sandbox? @Lori Stirling (Deactivated) to consider approach
Does AQ have configs that can be used as starting point @Lori Stirling (Deactivated) @Griffin Homan (Deactivated) to review if previous developments can be re-used

  2. Discussion on approach and order of development - Easy configs first- Notifications easy, process builder more complicated >Process, notifications, page layouts and then security, then re-arrange the page. Build the alerts and processes, build security, page layouts. This will make reporting easier as addressed with security. Does AQ have build stuff that can be re-used. @Griffin Homan (Deactivated) and @Lori Stirling (Deactivated) to discuss and come back with options. POssibly have put strongest together in an org weaker on own orf=g to work at own pace
Picklist wizard can be used to promote picklist
Start with notification which are straight forward

  3. Config kickoff. 9am - noon
Might be integrations need to be in full, dev for others and create a partial, dev orgs can be created now

  4. Training in Full sandbox. @Lori Stirling (Deactivated) to review org config management. @Jules Levin to draft plan. development plan for review at next standup

  5. Lori reviewing process feedback. About half way through

  6. Gift processing review tomorrow. Helpful for Monica to use the guides and create a batch and add some transactions prior. @Jules Levin to advise Monica
