Progress against plan

  1. Data - Gifts are in. In the process of running pledges. Problems with owner, last modified, default to set to AQ conversion. For next round will be set to users. Last modified will always be AQ conversion. Anything based on things owned by user cant test the matching numbers. Created by and last modified cant be changed. Owner might be able to be changed. @Griffin Homan (Deactivated) check with programmers. if can bring in the owners. > Recommendation to update owners for second round.

  2. Most of next run prepared. Another batch being worked on. Most of the changes in Sandbox by Monday. Meeting before round 2 to confirm expectations and provide response to errors. Gift testing next week @Griffin Homan (Deactivated) to confirm when to have second round discussion with Lori

  3. User Stories in JIRA ready for test @Griffin Homan (Deactivated) to check with Lori when test can commence, which environment and if AQ has test cases that can be used. > Griffin spoke to Lori and ready for test. @Griffin Homan (Deactivated) check if AQ has test cases that can be used.

  4. Processes - @Lori Stirling (Deactivated) when are responses required. Most part moves L-R, top to bottom. Levels for notifications need to be decided (use standard Salesforce)- take up with @Lori Stirling (Deactivated). Any changes want to know if no sweeping. @Lori Stirling (Deactivated) to confirm when receipting will be available. Griffin advised that changes can be made and then config commence. USYD wants to meet with AQ to plan config sprints before commences and also go through initial page layout build with AQ.

  5. Apsona - @Lori Stirling (Deactivated) how many licences to purchase. @Griffin Homan (Deactivated) advised that this needs a discussion. Carry over to next meeting

  6. At 34 custom fields. Will need to talk about the 2 or three additional ones raised in testing

  7. @Jules Levin to talk to @Lori Stirling (Deactivated) about Byron access. and walkthrough

  8. Griffin advised that Saleforce Shield is on AQ roadmap for summer release.

Errors with loading conversion data. Ironing out error with one transaction with foreign currency. Should have data loaded today. @Griffin Homan (Deactivated) will advise in chat one done so that testers can continue testing.
