Discussion

Progress against plan

  1. Alternative channel data deleted to free up space to continue with loading data but it has not freed up the space in the org. AQ investigating.

  2. Large number of defects raised in data conversion testing due to mismatch in mapping. Lori thinks to do with value sets. Possibly require an additional conversion if necessary rerunning specific loads rather than full run.

Outstanding Actions

None

Blockers

Salesforce storage space - Altenrative channel data deleted to free up space but has not released the space. AQ investigating. Also additional 10GB requested from SF. May get provisioned today or early next week.

Focus for next week

  1. Finish data conversion testing

  2. Permission set groups. - @Jules Levin to arrange a meeting with Robin

  3. Process workshops

  4. order apsona licences for people constructing reports and click a button to print stuff such as monica. If process set then doent need licence for everybody. yeng team create licence and schedule the report running then dont need a licence for each person to print. genreal gift processing , propsoect management, donor relations

  5. If do more in SF then dont need many apsona licence for tex receipts, automate and print by batch. Wait until Gift implementation workshop. Can push data from apsona back into SF. can use apsona instead of data wizard in some cases.

  6. Implementation sprints - @Lori Stirling (Deactivated) to review Jira backlog and update comments and progress on items ready for test.

Focus for following week

  1. Continue with process workshops

  2. @Jules Levin to convene second Gift processing session (after @Lori Stirling (Deactivated)provides agenda)

  3. @Jules Levin to convene Donor stewards process session

  4. Apsona licence requirements - Need to determine number of licences required. Will be required for people constructing reports and printing. Generally Gift Processing , Prospect Management, Donor Relations require licences but depends on processes. Scenario could be that licences are required for Yeng’s team to create and schedule the report running then dont need a licence for each person to print. If do more in SF then dont need many apsona licence. For tax receipts, could automate and print by batch. Can also push data from Apsona back into SF so can use Apsona instead of data wizard in some cases. - Wait until Gift implementation workshop to determine Apsona licence requirements.
