Description
Issue: Account name missing from tasks (again)
Additional information: This has occurred previously after a release: previous root cause “As part of the WB deployment and branch sync the right flow was replaced with another one where the Account is not tracked”
Previously occurred around the 10th March
Environment
None
Technical Solution:
The NewCOA flow changes in the developer sandbox are not in sync with Prod version caused the issues.
Remap the Account to the task at NEWCOA flow Create Task element
Test Sceanrio1:
Open any opportunity where record type = Gift/Pledge and stage = Gift Handover or Closed won and Chart of Account Type = New Account
The button to create chart of account must be visible
Create a pending account using the above button
The new task should have Account updated as highlighted below
