When using the add transaction to existing gift function it does not give you an option to add a soft credit.

Procedure:

1. Create a gift with soft credit to another account

2. Add transaction to previous gift (When using the add transaction to existing gift function it does not give you an option to add a soft credit)

3. How do we add the soft credit to the same soft credit gift as before?

Priscila to look into the add Transaction soft credit issue

how to refund the balance but its not specific to transaction.

• Priscila showed a process to do it but we are not so sure if this is the best way yet.

• Also, we didn’t want to refund a specific transaction
