Migrating Apsona items from Sandbox to Sandbox

Export Merge Action into a file. (Note you need to be the owner of the record for you to be able to export it, or you need to be a sys admin)
It will export all related records including the doc template
Import the file into the target org
If the Org is empty, need to import the config as well, or copy paste the JSON file, for sys admin, be sure to export the correct one, which is the green one
for merge action button, since the ID has changed, you need to generate the new action code and paste it on the pagelayout
do a clear cache then test it
