Protein Detection - Immuno Electron Microscopy

Immuno electron microscopy enables researchers to detect a particular antigen in a specimen by attaching an immunogold particle to it. This technique can be performed on resin or frozen (Tokuyasu) sections.

The staff at the WRH Electron Microscope Facility can provide a full service including specimen preparation, immuno-labelling, and digital images.
