Running Containers in Your Project

Running Containers in Your Project
Step 1. Go to Project → Project Details
Step 2. Configure Commands → Enable the container image
Step 3a (Automatic). Command Automation → Enable any desired automations
Currently this step must be done by a Site Manager. Please contact SydneyImaging.Admin@sydney.edu.au for assistance.
Step 3b (Manual). Then we are able to run XNAT at a "scan" level, you can click on "Run Container" or "Run" to run the container pipeline
Step 4. Run the Container
Note: Feel free to explore the "Command Automation" settings and Command History Settings. Fore more info, please refer to XNAT Container Service Administration |
