Symphony - Unstained Lymphocyte Voltration

Unstained PBMCs - RBCs lysed and fixed with BD RBC Lysis/Fixation buffer (10min @ RT, followed by 2xwashes).
Acquired at 50V intervals.
Lymphocytes gated out and data exported.
Data is from unstained lymphocytes. Put script in same folder as .r and run. Plots should be generated in the same folder.
3x(median absolute deviation) of rSD @ 200V is shown. mad, is another robust indicator of SD, similar to rSD.
