    based on Jess’s feedback, Swoogo is governed by a central team and is currently used by events team in TAP for event registration. There is also a wider procurement process being undertaken for an event platform.

    Without clear understanding of the final event platform for the University - Swoogo doesn’t require product teams' involvement in Q4.

    In regards to Swift, Jess advised that previously 12 months of effort was spent on integrating swift to Jarvis and was abandoned under the advisement of ICT. Email platform integration should form part of marketing automation recommendations. Do not believe there should be a focus on integrating swift in Q4.

    What Jess see value in is exploration of Blackthorn events as integrated TAP events option - currently using swift event desk or swoogo
