The following library procedures can be performed at our facility:

  • DNA sequencing

    • Whole genome sequencing

    • Targeted resequencing

    • TCR sequencing

  • RNA sequencing

    • RNA-seq

    • Small RNA-seq

  • Single cell sequencing

    • scRNA-seq

    • CITE-seq

    • Hashtagging

Service

Our service includes:

  1. Initial consultation to discuss experimental aims, project design and sample requirements

  2. Sample QC on Tapestation and quantification using Qubit or Picogreen assays

  3. Library preparation

  4. Final library QC

  5. Sequencing (performed at AGRF)

  6. Bioinformatics support (if required)

Turnaround time

Libraries should be prepared 72hrs after sample receipt.

Sequencing data should be ready within 4 weeks after sample receipt.
