Nanostring nCounter system

The Nanostring nCounter system allows highly sensitive and accurate quantification of targeted panels of genes and proteins of up to 800 targets per sample. Applications include:

  • Targeted gene and protein expression profiling

  • miRNA profiling

Service

Our service includes:

  1. Initial consultation to discuss experimental aims, project design and sample requirements

  2. Sample QC on Tapestation (if required)

  3. Codeset hybridisation

  4. Sample processing on the Prepstation

  5. Sample reading on the nCounter MAX analysis system

  6. Data QC

  7. Bioinformatics support (if required)

Turnaround time

Data should be ready within 48 hours upon sample submission.
