Digital PCR allows absolute quantification of nucleic acid copy number with high precision and sensitivity. It can be used for the following applications:

  • Absolute quantification including target DNA measurement, viral load analysis and microbial analysis

  • Genomic alterations such as copy number variation (CNV) analysis

  • Rare sequence detection

  • Gene expression and miRNA analysis
