Digital Dropet PCR
Digital PCR allows absolute quantification of nucleic acid copy number with high precision and sensitivity. It can be used for the following applications:
Absolute quantification including target DNA measurement, viral load analysis and microbial analysis
Genomic alterations such as copy number variation (CNV) analysis
