Single cell genomics using the 10x Genomics Chromium System
The 10x Genomics Chromium system allows genomic analysis at single cell resolution to characterise and identify cell populations and cell states within complex biological samples. Applications include:
scRNA-seq: Single cell 3' transcriptome gene expression profiling
CITE-seq: Single cell protein expression profiling
Single cell immune profiling: 5' transcriptome gene expression and paired full-length TCR/BCR sequencing
scATAC: Single cell epigenomic analysis by open chromatin profiling
Sample multiplexing capability by using hashtag antibodies is also available.
Service
Our service includes:
Initial consultation to discuss experimental aims, project design, sample and sequencing requirements
Hashtag/CITE-seq antibody staining (if required).
Sample QC (viability check and cell counting)
Sample processing and library preparation using the Chromium system
Final library QC
Sequencing
Bioinformatics support
Turnaround time
Libraries will be generated within 72 hours upon sample receipt.
Sequencing data will generally be ready within 4 weeks upon sample receipt.
