Contact (Duplicate Review Outcome) - Address, Phone, Email Change

When the Contact Address, Phone (except Account Phone), or Email Fields in Contact change:

  1. A flow checks if there is a Duplicate Review outcome Record with the ‘Not Enough Information’ Outcome.

  2. If no such record exists, nothing happens. Otherwise, it proceeds to the next step.

  3. If an existing open Case of Type ‘Duplicate Review Update' exists, the description is updated with the new changes.

  4. If no such open case exists, a new case of type ‘Duplicate Review Update’ is created.

In summary, creating Duplicate Review Outcome records is acceptable because once new data comes in, it triggers a review by GA.
