Unstained PBMCs - RBCs lysed and fixed with BD RBC Lysis/Fixation buffer.

Acquired at 50V intervals.

Lymphocytes gated out and data exported. 

Data is from unstained lymphocytes. Put in same folder as .r and run. Plots should be generated in the same folder.

2.5x(median absolute deviation) is shown. mad, is another robust indicator of SD, similar to rSD.
