Unstained PBMCs - RBCs lysed and fixed with BD RBC Lysis/Fixation buffer.

Acquired at 50V intervals.

Lymphocytes gated out. 

Data is from unstained lymphocytes. 

2.5x(median absolute deviation) is shown. mad, is another robust indicator of SD, similar to rSD.
