Refer to guides and get access to the following systems that are useful for neuroimaging analysis:

  1. XNAT

Currently, all of the original MRI scans are located on XNAT. XNAT is used for the storage of raw scans, viewing scans, and downloading scans for pre-processing.

User guide: No current guides.

Access: require registration and access to Frontier project, log in via:

https://xnat.sydney.edu.au/app/template/Login.vm

 

2. ARGUS

Virtual research desktop. Frontier maintains a shared desktop that everyone within Frontier can use. You can use this to run programs that have a GUI aspect (e.g. fsleyes, mrview), or simply use it as a method to access Artemis via the terminal (for windows users).

3. RDS

Access: Requires dashr project

 

4. Artemis

All processing and analysis must be conducted on Artemis.
