Here is the workflow for data transfer for external users/academic partners.

  1. Data in the computer attached to IVIS will be synchronised to Scientifc_Platform_Data drive at 2am every day.

  2. You will need to copy your data to your personal device / personal online drive from a designated computer to get access to Scientifc_Platform_Data drive, not the one attached to IVIS.

  3. This designated computer is called “Confocal analysis PC” in the PPMS booking system. You will need to book a session for your data transfer in PPMS via this link: https://au.ppms.info/wrh/planning/?item=12

  4. During your booked session, please log in to the confocal analysis PC using WIMR active directory. If you have trouble with your active directory, please kindly email me and I will sort it out for you. The charge of this PC will be based on real usage time from 1st May 2022.

  5. If you could not find the Scientifc_Platform_Data drive in the confocal analysis PC, please kindly refer to the attachment to manually map it.
