Sprint 28 [Platinum]

Overview

Sprint 28 was the second sprint for the year.

• Limited capacity on the Product Line due to staff leave (e.g. Gift Processing team focused on BAU)

• SITS production issue took priority

• New CSM - Sayuri onboarded

Sprint 28 achievement are listed as -

• Enhancements to the SITS- Jarvis integration

  • Replaced foreign comma with valid English comma reducing SITS errors

  • Address Line 4 is mapped to City in Jarvis

  • Fixed errors on False foreign address

  • Map emails with preferred index = 'Y'

• SITS production issue where SITS sends non Alumni, Non Graduand details - Testing in progress

• Deployed F-Secure to comply with ICT Cyber Security -

  • File protection

  • Malicious URL protection

• Email to Case deployed -

  • Alumni and Supporter census

  • Global Campaign and Volunteer request

• New Dashboard created to monitor and manage cases - Emails can be tagged with user sentiment

• Add comment for Contacts who are 'Do not contact' due to being Remove by Request
