Refer to guides and get access to the following systems that are useful for neuroimaging analysis:
XNAT
Currently, all of the original MRI scans are located on XNAT. XNAT is used for the storage of raw scans, viewing scans, and downloading scans for pre-processing.
User guide: XNAT
Access: require registration and access to Frontier project, log in via:
https://xnat.sydney.edu.au/app/template/Login.vm
2. ARGUS
Virtual research desktop. Frontier maintains a shared desktop that everyone within Frontier can use. You can use this to run programs that have a GUI aspect (e.g. fsleyes, mrview), or simply use it as a method to access Artemis via the terminal (for windows users).
User guide: Argus User Guide
Access: uniconnect.cloud.com
3. RDS
The Research Data Store (RDS) provides a central location to securely store digital research data - information is backed up, however, data can not be processed here via Artemis.
User guide:
Access: Requires dashr project
4. Artemis (hpc)
All processing and analysis must be conducted on Artemis (high-performance computing). You should not store data here long term, as this space is only for active processing and is not safely secured/backed up.
User guide:
Access: Requires dashr project
To understand how you may use all these systems, please refer to the General Neuroimaging Process
