Issue with building layout and group separated into 3 parts

CM stream will consist of a small small team together with reps from each area

Email not considered a high impact form of communications. Comms through Teams was proposed. (Training will be required as DAD is not currently a big Teams user)

Program Steering Committee meetings will commence in mid January. A slide will be required on the Communication Strategy
