Progress against plan

Data testing - Another load earlier today to fix defects. Mostly small errors. Aim to refresh UAT next Wednesday. Accounts and Contact counts. Need to consider how to prepare this is part of cutover and also what QA is AQ doing. Jules Levin to add to cutover plan. Coders to review and Griffin does QA and check tickets before handing over.

Through cutover, Finance and TAP need to know totals and be able to extract emails for EDMs.

Griffin - GA meeting spent too much time on what works. Need to focus on what doesnt work. Griiffin says to work through rather than talk about it.
