Background

Sprint 18 achievement are listed as -

  • Appointment of SF Admin from Simplus approved. Start date = 19/07

  • Aperture DS training complete.

  • Stata/ MiniTab applications setup on high specification laptop.

  • Museum Tap n Go - High level analysis and costings complete

  • iModules tickets - BAU

  • Parent Newsletter sent out

  • Granting schools/ Schools - Data migrated from Advance

  • Identified 2600 rows of duplicate Accounts with no Primary contact - Ongoing fix

  • Identified 33000 rows are shell Accounts with no details - Ongoing fix

  • Integration testing of creating one Contact attached to 2 Accounts -

    • SITS (In Progress)

    • iModules (In Progress)

    • Swift (To Do)

  • When creating an Account, Gift Recognition credit and Legal credit as 100%

  • Relationship Manager - Only 1 Primary Manager can be assigned to an Account for a given timeframe

  • 3 types of volunteer positions created - Committee member, Mentor, Other Volunteer

  • Support Gift processing and reconciliation, and updates to Campaign counting

  • Swift Digital integration - Post MVP requirements captured and completed

  • Created a pre-defined list of Relationship roles

  • Prospect Development team have increased access to update Opportunities

  • Enhancements to Pledge reminder report (e.g. Gift recognition credit)

  • Giving tab on the Account tab updated to include ‘Funds Raised (Pledge/Gift)’ and ‘Total Gifts and Pledges (Pledge Payment/Gift/Soft Credit)’.
