Sprint 32 was a short sprint a few team members on sick leave.

• Opportunity to Gift deployment complete 12/05 5pm

• Anthology/ iModules license renewed for 1 year till June 23

• Cyber Security Review of yellow Squares - review in progress, but no issues raised

• Special categories - stakeholder consulted [In Progress]

• Enhancements to GRC - Organization Accounts

• Attach a ‘Knowledge’ article to a ‘Case’ deployed - PD/ GCV

• Update to the GCV Dashboard - New dashboard to add Case types

• Discovery with Service Console - Use of Macros [In progress]

• Receipts from Advance -

  • Create receipts in Bulk using Crystal reports - [Done]

  • Split the receipts into PDF files - [In progress]

  • Migrate to Jarvis - [Yet to start]

• Update the Account name with '&'

• Enhancement to Case Record Type - Duplicate Account/Contact

• SITS integration enhancements [In progress]

  • Fix the error message for Non- English address

  • Updates fail if primary and secondary contact is present on account

  • Unable to create and link Sydney Student ID for an existing contact/account record

• PeopleSoft validation for Gift/ Pledge Correction [In progress]

• Rules to trigger Gift Driver Derivation checkbox

• Adding Synonym Groups
