Argus VRD's (both Windows and Linux) have a set of application applications installed and configured as per requested by the Core Research Facilities and participating Faculty Research groups participating group units.
Participating Unit users will have access to use applications whilst participating unit administrators or nominated person will have access to install and remove application on Argus VRD'sVRDs, as required. Some applications can only be installed by you, while ICT can install others - more details are available via ICT’s Ask Sydney website.
Note: We are working on providing you with more information on Admin rights on both Windows and Linux desktops, and will update this space accordingly.
