Progress against plan

Data - All raised defects but one have been fixed. Griffin Homan (Deactivated) to confirm and update tickets. Mods for gifts and running one update on the outstanding bio items. Opportunities are in. Reversal tables are a problem. In first conversion they were not brought in. @jules to confirm if USYD requires the reversal tables.Should an additional conversion be introduced prior to the final one to mitigate the risk of experiences significant issues with final conversion. Lori Stirling (Deactivated) advised that at this stage she doesn't believe it is warranted.

Discussed need to for AQ to work through Gift Admin processes using outcomes of the GA processes. Jules Levin to provide list of the scenarios to AQ.

Cutover option - Process transactions in Advance to 22 December and complete cutover by mid January. Lori advised that on 29 December, Accounts and Contacts numbers would needed to be validated by USYD prior to full data load. USYD will need to have people available from 4 January for data conversion testing.

Need to be able to process recurring pledge payments on 11 Jan. Monica proposed a workaround for this which needs to be tabled with AQ to assess if any issues

To mitigate prolonged final data conversion, Lori Stirling (Deactivated) advised that her and Griffin will go though test cases for the list of defects during the Xmas break. prior to USYD commencing data conversion testing on 4 January.

Target Friday to close out defects. UAT commences on 23 November. Dependency for UAT is to refresh the UAT sandbox with PROD data.

Assess on Friday about refresh UAT.

How can PD do mass modify opportunity and account assignments - Load new release in December. Lori offer they would do it over the break if USYD wants to introduce the new release
