Migration from Advance to AQ. USYD doing some initial planning workshops and will then loop in AQ. Exploring to stop imods and scalefunder (Paypal) integrations on 14 dec. Monica’s team process gift backlog to 17th and then provide AQ will final Advance datapump. Lori advised that if if datapump is provided on 23rd, will only be loaded the following week as AQ shutdown on 24,25 December. If provide on 18th, could have conversion loaded by 23rd for testing
imods mapping - Lori has concerns with what was discussed in imods meeting. Trevor is help with the mapping.
Jules advised that Trevor is required to undertake configurations and not just advise for gift processing as there is more complexity than other functions.
Lori suggested that a simple receipting function using Apsona should be set up to see how receipting and Apsona work.
Daylight Saving commences in Sydney this Sunday. Meetings with be 1 hour early for AQ. Lori advised that her and Griffin are not available on Tuesday’s at the earlier time but will be available on other days.

To mitigate prolonged final data conversion, Lori Stirling (Deactivated) advised that her and Griffin will go though test cases for the list of defects during the Xmas break. prior to USYD commencing data conversion testing on 4 January.
Target Friday to close out defects. UAT commences on 23 November. Dependency for UAT is to refresh the UAT sandbox with PROD data.
Assess on Friday about refresh UAT.
How can PD do mass modify opportunity and account assignments - Load new release in December. Lori offer they would do it over the break if USYD wants to introduce the new release
