Progress against plan

Class codes - Updated mapping sent by Griffin. Programmers will get in shortly. So should be part of the AQ data load.

Household scripts issue - Where one Contact had been removed by request, they were put into a separate Account. A lot of the accounts where removed by request and one not so put on separate accounts. Programmer working on this and shakedown test issues found by Griffin. Griffin expect all data except Gifts to be available Monday morning Sydney time for testing.

Target for completion of testing is 23 September. This will allow UAT to be refreshed with PRD data for the second sprint.

Area of Study object (Degrees) - Lori Stirling (Deactivated) to provide estimate of how much of the variation work order will be consumed.

Subscriptions and Dues Object - Monica and Rachel should be able to start using. Griffin Homan (Deactivated) to confirm permission set has been setup

Special handling preferences - Migrated to campaigns. USYD preference is to be on Contacts. Griffin said can be done on Contact by utilising a multi pick list. Cant be done for MVP as coded to campaigns. Griffin Homan (Deactivated) to demonstrate how to do this. Jules Levin to note for AQ to cover in campaigns and add to backlog to move to contacts post MVPData conversion - Lori and Griffin reviewing defects list. Griffin and Lauren going through open items. Griffin says between 10 and 20 outstanding issues. 5 Gift related and rest are bio related. About 20 ticket relate to last modify and update dates. Will tackle last. About 10 outstanding related to opportunities. Once that sorted will go away. More Jira tickets than issues. Jules Levin to setup up a test review. Can test be re-assigned. Fix the outstanding ones by Friday our time. Have someone to walk through from yeng team and CSMs..

To mitigate prolonged final data conversion, Lori Stirling (Deactivated) advised that her and Griffin will go though test cases for the list of defects during the Xmas break. prior to USYD commencing data conversion testing on 4 January.

Target Friday to close out defects. UAT commences on 23 November. Dependency for UAT is to refresh the UAT sandbox with PROD data.

Assess on Friday about refresh UAT.

How can PD do mass modify opportunity and account assignments - Load new release in December. Lori offer they would do it over the break if USYD wants to introduce the new release
