Next open the screen capture menu and change the rotation type to camera. If you would like the brain to rotate horizontally, change the value for the third axis to 1. Change the angle to 360 to achieve a 360° view of the brain. At the bottom of the menu, select how many frames you want. This will determine the size of the animation (ie how many frames).
Preview the animation with the play button at the bottom to make sure you are happy with it. To save the screen captures you will need to select an output directory (in the “Output” section of the screen capture options), and give the image files a prefix. then you can reset the brain (by pressing R or the yellow reset arrow button) and press the record button (the red circle).
