Step 1: Login as another user, preferably non-System Admin user like USyd Standard Use. In the Home Page, click the Service Portal link. Step 2: After logging in, we will be redirected to this page in the screenshot below. To Create a Case and launch the Service Portal flow, click either of the following, Reporting and Data Visualization, Data Services, or Systems and Integrations. Step 3: Populate the required fields and upload a Test File. After the upload is finished, click Done and then click Next. Step 4: Click the generated URL and verify if this redirects the user to the Case Record. Step 5: Verify that the uploaded file was successfully linked to the Case Record. |
