  • Household Contact awarded with Legal Credit Amount is a Donor (regardless if funds not received, caveat, issue : AQ has issues with GRC for voided written off gifts which still shows legal credit)

  • Household Contact whose Account is awarded a soft credit is a Donor (with or without legal credit award)

  • Household Contact with no legal credit and whose Account does not have any soft credit is NOT a Donor
