Data testing - Another load earlier today to fix defects. Mostly small errors. Aim to refresh UAT next Wednesday. Accounts and Contact counts. Need to consider how to prepare this is part of cutover and also what QA is AQ doing. Jules Levin to add to cutover plan. Coders to review and Griffin does QA and check tickets before handing over.
Through cutover, Finance and TAP need to know totals and be able to extract emails for EDMs.
Griffin - GA meeting spent too much time on what works. Need to focus on what doesnt work. Griiffin says to work through rather than talk about it- Griffin been talking to the programmers. Making good progress. Majority of issues are missing records that fall out because of logic. Going through the ones assigned to Griffin. Need to talk to Lori about created and modified dates. Aim to complete by end of the week, except data counts. Single list. Need to make a call on when to refresh the sandbox.
Smart batch and flexibility with pledges. Confidence comes from parallel testing. Changes are on AQ roadmap. Want to know what is on roadmap for requirements that cannot be done for MVP. Brad Fernandes (Unlicensed) / john.humphreys to flag with AQ what needs to be on roadmap, Prepare user stories for these. Also send a email stating what functionality is required for roadmap. Include why it needs. How are these tracked in AQ land? Once go-live and access to zendesk and formally submit with tracking.
Things that are out of scope for MVP but required immediate post-go - Brad Fernandes (Unlicensed) to add a sprint for post-go live.
Api concerned about post go-live. Is that something we can do before go-live? Griffin say should prioriise and time. Data changes cant be done until go-live
Campaigns hierarchy - Jules Levin to raise with Lori Stirling (Deactivated) about whether this can be done as part of data conversion as still ongoing.
