Progress against plan

Data conversion - All raised defects but one have been fixed. Griffin Homan (Deactivated) to confirm and update tickets. Mods for gifts and running one update on the outstanding bio items. Opportunities are in. Reversal tables are a problem. In first conversion they were not brought in. @jules to confirm if USYD requires the reversal tables.Should an additional conversion be introduced prior to the final one to mitigate the risk of experiences significant issues with final conversion. Lori Stirling (Deactivated) advised that at this stage she doesn't believe it is warranted.

Discussed need to for AQ to work through Gift Admin processes using outcomes of the GA processes. Jules Levin to provide list of the scenarios to AQ.

Cutover option - Process transactions in Advance to 22 December and complete cutover by mid January. Lori advised that on 29 December, Accounts and Contacts numbers would needed to be validated by USYD prior to full data load. USYD will need to have people available from 4 January for data conversion testing.

Need to be able to process recurring pledge payments on 11 Jan. Monica proposed a workaround for this which needs to be tabled with AQ to assess if any issues

Lori Stirling (Deactivated) to confirm AQ resource availability in Dec/Jan

data has been loaded including reversal table, AQ working through fixing defects raised from testing.

Cut over from Advance to AQ - Lori advised that AQ Management are concerned that if started at the end of December, the cutover will extend well into January and SOW period is to end of December 2020.

If going to run Advance to end of year shutdown, AQ all processing to complete by midday on 22 December and spatial data removed and Advance data dump provided thereafter. On 28/29 December, USYD will need to sign off on Account, Contact and counts. Someone from DB team will need to be on standby through shutdown period in case of issues. Jules Levin to schedule a workshop to work through the cutover plan
