Progress against plan

Data - Voids and write offs not in. They were loaded, but pulled out and reviewing. Raised defects are being addressed with data loading. About half tickets ready for retesting. When ready for retest, Griffin updates tickets accordingly.

Two options being considered for cutover at end of year. One is to stop using Advance week before university end of year shutdown and second is to stop using Advance on 22 December. Stopping later will result in final cutover to AQ being completed mid January. Lori Stirling (Deactivated) to advise if AQ has any comments on later option, the details of which were advised in email from Jules.

Documentation and Training material - Griffin advised that hand over documentation is usually in the form of AQ Zen desk documentation which is provided at go-live. Further discussion with Lori on as-built documentation and training material for Gift Processing.

Api raised concern with data still not fully loaded. E2E gift processing parallel testing required before final cutover

Jules Levin concerns with data loading with Lori Stirling (Deactivated) and arrange meeting to discuss data, documentation and cutover. All raised defects but one have been fixed. Griffin Homan (Deactivated) to confirm and update tickets. Mods for gifts and running one update on the outstanding bio items. Opportunities are in. Reversal tables are a problem. In first conversion they were not brought in. @jules to confirm if USYD requires the reversal tables.Should an additional conversion be introduced prior to the final one to mitigate the risk of experiences significant issues with final conversion. Lori Stirling (Deactivated) advised that at this stage she doesn't believe it is warranted.

Discussed need to for AQ to work through Gift Admin processes using outcomes of the GA processes. Jules Levin to provide list of the scenarios to AQ.

Cutover option - Process transactions in Advance to 22 December and complete cutover by mid January. Lori advised that on 29 December, Accounts and Contacts numbers would needed to be validated by USYD prior to full data load. USYD will need to have people available from 4 January for data conversion testing.

Need to be able to process recurring pledge payments on 11 Jan. Monica proposed a workaround for this which needs to be tabled with AQ to assess if any issues

Lori Stirling (Deactivated) to confirm AQ resource availability in Dec/Jan
