  1. Enter a batch as you would normally do, then on Batch Item click the “Tributes” option

2. Tribute details screen pops up.

Choose the contact to receive the tribute

Tributee Name:

Type in the name of the person to receive the Tribute

choose either:

In Honor (for deceased contact)

In Memory (for living Contact

Contact:

Enter the contact to notify

Notifyee Name:

Type in the notifyee name

Greeting

Type in the notifyee greeting

Street Line 1:

Type in the notifyee street line 1

Street Line 2:

Type in the notifyee street line 2

Street Line 3:

Type in the notifyee street line 3

City

Type in the notifyee city

State/Province:

Type in the notifyee state

Zip Code:

Type in the notifyee postal code

Country:

Type in the notifyee country

3. Enter the necessary details and click save

4. Tribute is indicated

5. Close the Batch. Tribute can be found as a related list on the Batch item and on the Gift/Pledge record

6. You can add more than one Tribute by clicking the New button on the Tributees related list. In fact you can add the tribute even after batch has been closed

7. Notification can be found on each tribute as a related list.

8. To send an actual notification, an Apsona report can be developed.
