Description

Spend Plan(Salesforce) receives the GMR RC PC details through a MuleSoft service 5:30 AM. Spend plan is missing this information on Sunday and Monday Morning.

Rick from MuleSoft confirmed that they didn’t receive any files from PeopleSoft for those days to process and it was missing on the SFTP folder(refer the below image).

 

Can you please investigate on what frequency the files are getting generated and why are we missing this information on those days.
