Once in Affinaquest app, go to Gear Icon

Click on login against the user ( GA User) having all permissions

select a contact

choose a contact who belongs to an account with no other contact

from the menu click "Lightning Contact Utilities

Click "Decease" Button

Click Save

Warning screen pops up

Click Ok

Updates the Contact and Account when a Contact becomes deceased

Logout of the User

Close the Browser
