How does the University allocate time on Artemis?

"Service Units" or CPU hours aren't explicitly allocated to end-users/projects. All University researchers can create a researcher dashboard (DashR) project with Artemis access and start using it straight away. Instead, we assign job priority based on each project's recent usage of Artemis HPC relative to other projects. As your project's Artemis usage increases, the priority of your project's future jobs decreases. For more information, see the Artemis user guide page on when will my job start?
