CICD and Branches: There are so many branches in our bitbucket. That are either stale or not used or not active etc. We need to know if they need to be merged or deleted or WIP. There needs to be a clean-up of this but without any knowledge, this will be a tech debt and it already makes bitbucket slow. 

Simplus will document how to delete old individual branches and will share with ICT Team

Security: What and how are product line securities implemented e.g., TAP unable to see Hogwarts and vice versa.

Development Standards: Kindly provide documentation of the development standards used / followed for development. This includes but is not limited to Product line prefixes, Apex classes, triggers & test class prefixes or suffixes. Kindly also provide development standards already followed for other components e.g., Flows, WFR, Fields, PS, PSG etc.

  • Every new component should have the prefix USYD_ on its API name

  • For every new flow, follow this standard here

Salesforce Development Best Practices and Check List

Bulk Processing: Are there any bulk processing jobs that users are doing in bulk through Salesforce UI or other connectors and the frequency? This could be data fixes, data imports etc. We need to know who is doing that now.

Key Sandboxes and reasons: there are so many sandboxes which were created pre-platform team. If they are needed, we will need to get access to them and details about who is the key person using it as they could even have proof of concepts or some config for some tickets etc.
