Please acknowledge our Scientific Platforms in your publications

In order to secure external equipment and infrastructure funding for novel technologies and instrumentation, it is essential that usage of any equipment or services at the Westmead Research Hub Core Facilities or WIMR Scientific Platforms be acknowledged in your publications.

Having access to the latest cutting edge technology will potentially improve the impact and output of your research and benefit all research activities at the WRH.

The suggested templates for your manuscript are shown below. This is also available in the DOCUMENTS section in PPMS.

  • For Hub Core Facilities ONLY: Flow Cytometry, Cell Imaging, Electron Microscopy, Genomics and Biobank
    XX, XX were performed at the Westmead Scientific Platforms, which are supported by the Westmead Research Hub, the Cancer Institute New South Wales, the National Health and Medical Research Council and the Ian Potter Foundation.

  • For WIMR Platforms ONLY: Histology, WIMR Proteomics
    XX, XX, were performed at the Westmead Scientific Platforms, which are supported by the Westmead Institute for Medical Research, the Cancer Institute New South Wales and the National Health and Medical Research Council.

  • For Hub Core Facilities AND WIMR Platforms
    XX, XX, were performed at the Westmead Scientific Platforms, which are supported by the Westmead Research Hub, the Westmead Institute for Medical Research, the Cancer Institute New South Wales, the National Health and Medical Research Council and the Ian Potter Foundation.
