Contact Object level: preferences are not “ set”  - upon the Contact Object  =  not drawing the datapoints through …from the Account Object, …. onto the Contact , leaving fields blank.

Preferences not set :  on the Contact Object

  • Address preference.

  • Phone Preference.

  • SWIFT process is that a person drops a file in a folder and then integration picks that up - lately nobody has been dropping file in folder. Needs to tighten process with Phil. Put meeting in diary (Binila, Pat, Manpreet, The Ho, Alain), albie.roets ,
